COMPLAINTS POLICY

INTRODUCTION

This document set out our complaints policy. If you are a Subscriber of FriendsOnly, this Complaints Policy forms part of your agreement with us.

In this Complaints Policy, defined terms have the same meanings given to them in the Terms of Service for all Subscribers.

Whether or not you are a Subscriber of FriendsOnly, you can use this Complaints Policy to alert us to any complaint which you have relating to FriendsOnly.

1. WHO WE ARE AND HOW TO CONTACT US

1. FriendsOnly is operated by Friends Social Pte Ltd. We are a company incorporated in Singapore with registration number 202130569N and registered office at 10 Anson Road #20-05 International Plaza, Singapore.

2. HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT

2.1. If you would like to send a complaint about FriendsOnly (including any complaint about Content appearing on FriendsOnly or the conduct of a Subscriber), you are capable to do it via [email protected], specifying your name, address, contact details, a description of your complaint and, if your complaint relates to Content, the URL for the Content to which your complaint relates.

2.2. If you are unable to contact us by email, please write to us at the following address: Loutrakiou, 5 CHARA VENEZIA, 1st floor, Flat/Office 101, Strovolos 2027, Nicosia, Cyprus.

3. HOW WE WILL DEAL WITH YOUR COMPLAINT

3.1. Following receipt of your complaint under section 2 above:

⦁ we well do our best to revise Your complaint as soon as possible, reasonably considering a complaint’s nature;

⦁ we will contact You in case we need additional documents for revising of Your complaint;

⦁ please note that to revise Your complaint FriendsOnly will demand a video verification of the person who complaints. In case You reject video verification FriendsOnly has the right to reject Your complaint.

3.2. We are not obligated to inform you of the outcome of your complaint.

4. ABUSIVE OR UNJUSTIFIED COMPLAINTS

4.1. You warrant and make a legally enforceable promise that you will not make any complaint under this Complaints Policy which is wholly made in bad faith, unjustified or abusive in case if you are a Subscriber of FriendsOnly.

4.2. If we determine that you have breached the warranty mentioned in Clause 4.1. above, we may block, terminate or suspend your Subscriber account.
