REFUND POLICY

REFUND COMPLETION

Using the services provided by Friends Social Pte Ltd, company incorporated in Singapore with registration number 202130569N and registered office at 10 Anson Road #20-05 International Plaza, Singapore (hereinafter - “Friends Social Pte Ltd”), no refund can be completed once You have purchased internal items (such as) and have spend them.

REFUND REQUEST

A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the three (3) days since the purchase transaction has been made by you and the purchased internal item (-s) (such as Credits) has/have not been spend.

A refund request will be considered on a case by case basis only if you have been using the website in full compliance with Friends Social Pte Ltd Terms and Conditions. Friends Social Pte Ltd may reject the request without giving any reason. A refund request may be approved or denied after consideration by Friends Social Pte Ltd. Submitting a refund request is not a guarantee that such request will be approved.

It shall be noted, that if the payment has been made via the payment system (payment aggregator), all requests for any refunds shall be made directly to such payment system (payment aggregator).

If you fail to provide the requested information specified in Clause 3.2 of this Refund Policy within 3 (three) business days after receiving such request from Friends Social Pte Ltd or if Friends Social Pte Ltd employees have any doubts on the authenticity of the documents provided, Friends Social Pte Ltd may deny such refund request.

FRAUD PREVENTION

For the fraud prevention purposes, all payments and information regarding refund is subject to verification by the employees of Friends Social Pte Ltd. We may also ask You to verify the fact that the account belongs to you.

Thus, Friends Social Pte Ltd may require you to submit additional documents, including, but not limited to:

Identification Documents (e.g. passport);

Utility Bill;

Birth Certificate;

A scanned copy of Users credit/debit card;

Affidavit;

Confirmation that the payment was actually made (invoice or appropriate document); and

Other supporting documents.

MISCELLANEOUS

Friends Social Pte Ltd does not charge any additional fee for refund, except in cases where the payment processing involves a third party (banks or other organizations).

We reserve the right to withhold any refund or reverse transaction until your identity is adequately established to our satisfaction, in order to ensure that any payment made to Us will be honored after a refund has been made. You agree to provide, in case We demand, a notarized identification, or any other certified identification in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. If such notarized or certified identification is not provided within five (5) days of our request, then such refund or reverse transaction shall not be effected, your Account shall be closed and you shall forfeit all funds in you Account, such decision shall be final, binding and not subject to appeal.

User cannot withdraw internal items by any means.

You shall play using a fair method on all games and should not in any way affect outcome of that game. This includes using computer aids, mathematical equations, betting systems etc.
